J’ai effectué l’achat de deux paires de rollers en même temps. Je les ai reçues séparément. Les boîtes et les protections ne sont pas similaires pour chacune. L’une est en parfait état, comme neuve, mais l’autre paire a été reçue dans une boîte comme si elle était reconditionnée, écrasée et toute déchirée, protégée par un cellophane noir. Je ne recommande pas si c’est pour offrir en cadeau.

J’ai contacté le service client car il n'est pas normal, et pour moi inconcevable, d’offrir un cadeau dans cet état. Malheureusement, le service client ne veut pas faire de geste alors qu’il avait mal protégé mon colis.

These things are dope! A fun skate to have in your rotation, and you'll miss the boost when you Don skates that don't have it, which is nearly all skates, haha! Looking forward to a sequal to this skate, with faster speeds and a bigger battery, maybe some tire wheel options, too? But for now, this skate is a part of history, and the first TRUE electric inline skate!!

I really wanted to like this company because the owner seemed down to earth kind and excited to get his product backed for the sake of the skating community.That being stated it seems like a facade to me,i ordered these products because i love to skate only to have one of the most terrible experiences with a company ever.They came late,and not only late but completely (THE ATMOS BOX and charger and battery back) came damaged as if someone poured water all over the products.There was an outter box literally holding all the stuff and it looked normal until I opened and the inside was chaos,the battery pack and charge smelled like CAMPFIRE! I was nervous to charge the items and did because of excitement the items worked but honestly kept me anxious because of the smell.When i researched i found that it could have had a short and its dangerous to use and can explode.I reached out to the company who takes a long time to respond(probably because short staffed)but they should pay attention to there customers if they truly want to build a company people can trust.When i reached out i made another reddit post and found someone else had the same issue,i started to wonder if they gave a sale because their warehouse had a flood or fire and damged their products(but i have no proof of that so its just a theory)others reported everything fine so it may havr been ups fault. How is the outside of the box dry but the inside was wet and the items dry?.(THE BATTERY LOOKS LIKE A GARAGE experiment RATHER THEN A OFFICIAL BRAND BATTERY like one of my ebike. Anywho after reaching out originally they said "dont use the battery if it smells like that" we will send you a new one,days later they say "it should be fine to use" but if you want to get a new one you'll have to pay shipping and tariffs.When I originally bought this I was not informed about tariffs it was a surprise (as far as I remember)and only after being surprised with $187 fee did I know which is insane(they reached out to ups at least to try and help),that being said instead of taking care lf fees after recieving damged package which i sent them photos,they expect me to pay extra fees again and send them back the damaged possibly dangerous battery so they can send me a new one rather then taking care of these fees themselves after this terrible customer experience,I didn't damage the product I received it this way I shouldn't have to pay anything.I'd not recommend this company again they dont value nor take care of their customers.Maybe they dont care about their customers because I've had better experiences with other brands where things come damaged and the company handles the fees and gives me a refunds,to pay extra fees and stuff just to get what I originally should've gotten and ship out a dangerous battery is irresponsible of them.AVOID THEM​

I was genuinely excited about purchasing my Atmos Gear skates, but unfortunately, the overall buying experience was extremely disappointing.

I purchased the skates on sale for $399 USD, only to be surprised by an additional MXN 3,681.80 (approximately $200 USD) in import charges from UPS.

I understand that international orders may involve customs duties and taxes. However, what really disappointed me was the complete lack of support when I tried to understand and resolve the situation.

I contacted both UPS and Atmos Gear multiple times, asking for clarification, a detailed breakdown of the charges, and possible alternatives. Most of my messages were simply ignored.

I eventually had no choice but to pay the additional amount if I wanted to receive my order, despite never receiving the assistance I had requested.

What bothers me most isn’t just the unexpected expense. It’s the feeling of being completely abandoned as a customer after making a significant purchase.

For a company selling products internationally, I expected much better communication, transparency, and customer care.

I can’t recommend the purchasing experience to international customers based on how my situation was handled. Please be aware of potential import charges and the limited support you may receive if something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience.
